What I hate is that your company doesn't verify email addresses. That should be a standard, customer-success driven validation that improves both your customer's life AND people like me that have never heard of you. I'm not the person that placed this order.

The hat is good quality and I wish I could wear it but it is made for someone with a smaller head. It’s not deep enough and doesn’t fit well.
