All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak volume times it can take longer for your order to ship.

Upgrade Options / FastPass

Typically all in stock orders ship in less than 24 hours. We offer express shipping options with FedEx Express our preferred and recommend carrier. We now have an option for you to skip the line with our FastPass add-on.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We currently offer Free Express Shipping over $125

Local Delivery

At time we do not offer any type of local delivery. We hope to be able to offer it sometime in the future.

Local Pickup

Due to our warehouse operations and insurance. We are unable to have the general public in our facility. At time we do not offer any type of local pickup. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the entire world, at times local governments may limit our ability. If so, your order will be cancelled and refunded if we are unable to ship your order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Old South Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do our best to accommodate all shipping options. Due to some carrier limitations we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at time.
